Exchanges are only accepted if:
The size shipped does not match the size ordered.
The product arrives damaged.
Important:
Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
The item must be unused and have all original tags attached.
We do not offer refunds; only exchanges for the same product.
Photos clearly showing the condition of the product are required. No exchange will be processed without photographic evidence.
